Ok, welcome back and today I will show you what I decided to do with that troublesome transparency that I used in between Days 9 and 10! Have a look at my process video, and then I’ll show you the photos!
Alright, so after all that talking to myself and asking all those design questions, I definitely think I made the right decision and I love how it turned out.
Here is Day 10:
This cut file was part of the digital elements that were included in Ali Edwards’ December Storytelling Class. It really looks lovely against the white and turquoise!
I hope you enjoyed this layout and how it turned out, and I also hope I gave you some ideas on how to approach a situation when what you created didn’t quite make you happy. It’s difficult to decide whether to rework something, and hopefully I’ve given you some strategies for making that decision! And hopefully you’ve seen that taking the risk usually has the benefit of helping you fall in love with what you did.
This is all the time I have for today, but I will be back tomorrow with a catch-up post for Days 11 and 12. It sort of works out, because both days are somewhat linked together. I’m so happy you are following along, will you leave a comment and tell me what you think?
See you soon!
~Theresa
**December Daily is a memory keeping project developed by Ali Edwards in which an album is created through telling one story per day, in a pre-made album, throughout the month of December.
