Hello everyone! I’m Sabrina Poole and I’m excited to be on Theresa’s Larkindesign Creative Team. I’m an avid documenter, scrapbooker and creative person. You can find more of my projects and creative stuff at my Instagram @mrsscrapandplan.

Today I wanted to share some of my projects I will be working on throughout 2018. I have always had lots of projects going on and whether that is good or bad; I’m always having fun.

One of the projects I started this year was a 6×8 album dedicated to the photos I take with my kids and I. For 2017 I documented a monthly layout featuring my kids and I and I loved it so much I wanted to do a whole album. I think Moms getting in the photos is so necessary and the best plus taking photos with your kiddos is always a hilarious endeavor.

Here is the spread using the Out with the Old Collection and 2018 Larkindesign Calendar Cards to create this page plus a few doodles and Elle’s Studio embellishments.

The next project I will be working on for this coming year is continuing documenting aspects of my life through traveler’s notebook. I used all the January releases including the Starburst Cut File to make these two pages.

For this first one I created the paint splatters in Photoshop Elements and fussy cut the flowers from a journaling card. The focal point was definitely the wonderful Resse Witherspoon quote.

This next layout is the one I used the Starburst Cut File. Theresa included a transparent background with the cut file so it could also be used as a digital stamp. In Photoshop, open up the cut file and then under Edit select Define Brush Preset. Click ok and then you have your digital stamp! Isn’t that awesome!?! I was then able to duplicate and change the colors to create a custom background for my traveler’s notebook. Here it is:
